The AI conversation often begins with efficiency—how to automate tasks and reduce costs. But the real promise of AI lies in unlocking new forms of value: smarter decisions, richer services, and inclusive innovation. This workshop will introduce Typhoon AI, the leading open-source language model family, purpose-built to understand and generate Thai. Designed from the ground up to meet the needs of Thai enterprises, governments, and communities, Typhoon AI combines performance with accessibility, making it an enabling platform for real-world impact. Through use cases in research, policy, startups, and enterprises, the session will highlight how Thai-optimized AI not only enhances productivity but also creates new opportunities for value creation across ASEAN.
