Dias Savetkanov

Dias Savetkanov is the Founder and CEO of Kazakhstan Fintech Network, overseeing the development of the fintech ecosystem and international partnerships, and serves as Chief Executive Officer of the Fintech & AI Center. Previously, he led international cooperation and communications at the National Payment Corporation of Kazakhstan and other National Bank entities. He holds an MSc in Economics from Moscow State University and is an expert in digital tenge implementation, AI integration, and regulatory sandbox frameworks.
