Justin Kong serves as the Assistant Attaché for Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) in Singapore. He works closely with Singapore Police Force (SPF)'s Cybercrime Division in combatting all cyber related threats to include, financial and cryptocurrency scams, ransomware/malware attacks, and network intrusion cases. Prior to joining HSI's Singapore Office, Assistant Attaché Kong was assigned to HSI's New York City, NY Office as a Special Agent investigating dark web and cryptocurrency cases.
