Zhanar Samayeva is the Chairwoman of the National Payment Corporation of Kazakhstan. She drives major national initiatives in payment infrastructure, including the RTGS, real-time payments, unified interbank QR, and the Anti-Fraud Center. Her expertise extends to nationwide digital transformation projects, such as the development of a national Digital ID, digital identification in the financial market, advancing open banking, and supporting the rollout of the digital currency. Zhanar also serves as the host of the Central Asia Fintech Summit, a leading regional platform for dialogue and innovation in financial technologies
